Through various mediums: painting, drawing, collage, writing everyone can find their own way of expressing themselves, in a safe and supportive environment.
This process helps you explore your feelings, gain deeper understanding, and begin to regulate them while strengthening self-confidence and your ability to reconnect with your inner resources.

Photo-therapy A therapeutic approach that uses imagery as a tool for personal transformation, within the guidance of a trained therapist.

It goes beyond taking photographs: it’s a structured process that includes the creation, observation, and interpretation of images, used as tools for dialogue, reflection, and self-awareness."

Through portraits, self-portraits, symbolic photography, or other visual mediums, individuals are invited to explore their relationship with their body, their image, and their identity; a process that helps them move beyond insecurities, embrace their uniqueness, and cultivate a more authentic and peaceful self-perception.

By strengthening self-esteem and confidence, photo therapy opens a space for expression and a deeper understanding of your emotions and personal story.
