I have understood that fear is an emotion that will always be part of my life.
To live better, I have realized that knowing how to manage this emotion is crucial.
Attempting to eradicate emotions only strengthens them, it's futile, and a waste of energy!
Society encourages us to ignore our emotions to avoid appearing weak and vulnerable (supposedly). However, research reveals that instead of ignoring our emotions, we should learn to identify them, connect with them to receive their messages that can help us evaluate, make decisions, or avoid certain dangers in life.
The question you're probably asking is: how do you connect with our emotions?
