I am Clara Serva, an art-therapist, photo-therapist, and emotional management specialist. I support women, children, and teenagers in transforming their emotional challenges into opportunities for growth and evolution. My mission is simple yet profound: to help each individual live in harmony with their emotions and thrive fully.
Through a unique approach that combines creative therapies, emotional intelligence, and deep self-connection, I offer a space where individuals can truly express themselves, heal their wounds, and regain inner balance.

My Journey
My professional journey began in the tourism industry, where I developed a deep respect for human and cultural diversity. After earning a BTS in Tourism in France, I continued my studies with a BA Honours en Tourism Management in London. For over ten years, I thrived in this field, enriched by multicultural experiences and meaningful encounters.
But it was my passion for photography that opened a new chapter in my life. As I trained in photographic techniques and editing, I became aware of the powerful impact images have on self-esteem. This discovery led me to explore photo-therapy, a powerful tool that combines creative expression with the healing process.
In 2016, I made the choice to leave London and settle in Guadeloupe to reconnect with my roots. My desire to support others led me to obtain a professional trainer certification.followed by a state diploma in art-therapy in 2021. More recently, I have expanded my expertise with a certification in emotional intelligence coaching and a First Aid Certificate in Mental Health, allowing me to offer even more comprehensive and tailored support to meet each individual's needs.
Today, I combine these disciplines to offer unique support, helping each individual regain deep alignment and live a more authentic life.
My approach
I have developed a holistic method based on three essential pillars:

✅ Emotional intelligence – To learn how to better manage emotions and develop resilience.
My approach is tailored to the unique needs of each individual, within a nurturing and safe environment that fosters inner transformation.
Why I do this work
I have personally experienced the effects of stress, social pressures, and suppressed emotions. I realized how these invisible burdens can weigh on well-being and health. As I embarked on my own healing journey, I understood how essential it is to learn to acknowledge and manage emotions before they become an overwhelming burden.
Over the years, I have also observed the growing impact of stress on women, children, and families. Too many women are exhausted by the pressures of daily life, and too many children grow up with unrecognized emotional wounds. Young people are not spared either—facing challenges like bullying from an early age, they accumulate stress and suffering without always having the tools to free themselves from it.
That’s why I have chosen to focus primarily on these groups. My commitment goes beyond individual support—it is also about serving my community by providing concrete solutions to prevent more serious issues and helping everyone live more peacefully.
This is not just a profession; it is a mission deeply rooted within me.
