THE JOURNEY
— I grew up with creativity as my mother tongue. Music, dance, everything that touches art it was my way of being in the world before I even had words for it.
2003 London. Travels, encounters, and a deep curiosity for cultures it was there, while photographing women, that something became clear: the image has a therapeutic power.
2010 Certification in photo-therapy. Not a detour a direction.
2014 Back to Guadeloupe. Rediscovering my identity, reconnecting with my family, with nature, and with my history. This return to my roots has become the foundation of everything I have practiced since.
2016 Certified trainer. Expertise that allows me to design tailored programs for institutions and organizations.
2021 Certified Art Therapist (RNCP) Where clinical discipline meets artistic practice.
2022 Practicing within social centers, secondary schools, child welfare services, and private practice supporting women, children, and adolescents navigating trauma, identity struggles, and profound life transitions.

Women & the Fragmented Self
I understand from within what it means to feel fragmented to no longer know who you are, carrying burdens for which there are no words.
My focus is on women and youth navigating environments where mental health often goes unnamed. It is for them that I created The Back to Self Experience podcast and the Back to Self bilingual e-book collection.
Because finding oneself begins with understanding where we come from.
02
Adults & Children with ADHD
From the age of five, my son’s education was a daily battle marked by impulsivity, social struggles, and a concentration that always seemed to slip away. For 13 years, we searched for answers.
The diagnosis finally came as he turned eighteen. The guilt, the emotional turmoil, the solitude of being unheard I recognise it all in the eyes of the families I welcome today.
Supporting children with ADHD and their families has become a vital pillar of my practice.
