This method involves using personal or selected photographs as visual tools, allowing one to express, reflect, and reconnect with oneself, one's body, and one's history. 

The sessions guide you through an introspective and creative process, transforming simple photography into a powerful instrument for psychological growth.

Photo-therapy is suitable for a wide audience, from children to adults, and is ideal for anyone engaged in a personal development journey. 

These sessions, held in a safe and confidential space, address specific issues through various photographic mediums. 

They allow individuals to face their reality, connect with their history, and reconnect with their body and self-image.

This session offers much more than a simple photoshoot. It is structured in three stages:

  1. Preliminary session (1h): During this first meeting, we explore your specific needs and together define the objectives of the session. This moment is crucial to preparing for the photoshoot and ensuring a strong emotional connection through the images. I also support you with a few preparatory messages (via WhatsApp) to help you mentally and emotionally prepare for the shooting.
  2. Photoshoot session (1h30 to 2h): During this session, I guide you through a creative and introspective process, using photography as a tool for expression. Whether it’s a simple portrait session or a ritual of emotional release, the camera becomes a powerful instrument to explore deep dimensions of your being.
  3. Post-shooting session (1h to 1h30): This step is crucial for discovering your photos and engaging in a therapeutic reflection on the images. Together, we will analyze the emotions these images evoke, and I will support you in better understanding and integrating what your body and story reveal to you through the photographs. The photos will be delivered to you in high-definition and web formats.

Each session begins with a discussion to address the person's specific needs. Then, we engage in a creative process using photographic support. Finally, we take time to review the created images, discuss the feelings they evoke, and explore the insights gained from the experience.
