How does a session work?

The preliminary consultation 

Every journey begins with a preliminary consultation. This is a dedicated time to introduce my practice, understand your needs, and ensure that art therapy is the right fit for you. It is also an opportunity for you to ask any questions before committing to the process.

The flow of a session 

Each session is structured into three distinct phases:


ONLINE SESSIONS 

The same structure applies, conducted via a secure video link sent by email before your appointment.

No need to worry about materials! Before your first session, you will receive a complete list of what you need. It consists only of simple items easily found at home: a notebook, markers, colored pencils, magazines, paint, and more.

Practical Requirements:
