Group sessions


  • You are not alone. Hearing others voice what you couldn’t name changes something deep. The group holds you without judgment.
  • No artistic skill required. You will use art materials paint, collage, drawing as a tool for emotional processing, not as a performance. Ever.
  • The right medium for your moment. Each session uses the Explore · Feel · Express framework. The medium is chosen based on the group’s collective state and the phase of the work.
  • Confidentiality and safety. Each member joins from a private space with headphones. What happens in the group, stays in the group. This is reinforced at every session.
  • Clinically grounded, not a support circle. This is structured therapeutic work led by a certified art therapist with clear objectives, a method, and professional containment.
