Kids space

Helping young people express their emotions and thrive fully.

Children and teenagers face many emotional challenges—academic stress, bullying, low self-confidence, and suppressed emotions. When they struggle to put their feelings into words, these emotions can build up and impact their well-being.

👉 Practical tools to help them better understand themselves and grow with confidence.

Here are the support programs specially designed for them:

“Art-therapy encourages self-expression and helps relieve suffering through creativity.”

What is art-therapy?

Art therapy, whether in individual or group sessions, is a versatile healing method suitable for people of all ages. It is effective for addressing a wide range of issues, from everyday stress to more severe conditions like psychosis or autism.

In a supportive and confidential environment, the focus is on allowing you to express yourself freely through art, without judgment. My role is to provide the tools and support you need to find your own solutions.

Children don’t always have the words to express what they feel. When faced with intense emotions like anger, sadness, anxiety, or frustration, they may express their distress through outbursts, withdrawal, or behaviors that can be difficult to understand.
