During our sessions, we'll use various artistic mediums like collage, painting, drawing, writing, intuitive art, photo-therapy, and doodling. These methods help you creatively explore and address your concerns.

Every art therapy journey begins with an initial session, where we meet to discuss your needs and my approach. Following that, sessions can take place either online or in person at my office in Guadeloupe.
