Kids and Teenagers

Helping young people express their emotions and thrive fully.

Children and teenagers go through many emotional challenges: academic pressure, bullying, low self-confidence, suppressed emotions… When they struggle to put words to what they feel, those emotions can build up and affect their well-being.

I support young people through an adapted version of my Explore – Feel – Express™ method, which blends art-therapyphoto-therapy and emotional intelligence coaching.
A gentle, creative approach in three steps: exploring what they’re experiencing, feeling with simple, accessible words, expressing through art, movement, and creation.

Each session becomes a safe space where they can release what weighs them down, strengthen their self-esteem, and develop emotional intelligence.

👉 Practical tools to help them better understand themselves and grow with confidence.

“Art-therapy encourages self-expression and helps relieve suffering through creativity.”

Art-therapy is a healing method that adapts to all ages and is recommended for treating various disorders, from stress to deeper conditions.

It allows children and teenagers to express their emotions through creative activities such as painting, drawing, collage, or modeling, in a safe and supportive environment.

This approach provides them with a playful way to explore their feelings, better understand them, and regulate them, while also boosting their self-confidence.

"Photo-therapy helps you see yourself differently, embrace your image, and build lasting confidence."

En complément de l’art-thérapie, la photo-thérapie utilise l’image comme un outil puissant pour explorer et redéfinir la perception de soi.

Through portraits, self-portraits, or symbolic photos, this method helps young people accept their bodies and appearance, overcome their insecurities, and develop a more positive self-image.

It promotes a better understanding of their emotions and strengthens their self-esteem.

Emotional intelligence coaching helps young people develop a better understanding and management of their emotions, enabling them to act with more serenity and resilience in their daily lives.

Through practical exercises and tailored games, they learn to recognize and express their emotions in a constructive way, develop their resilience, and better manage stress and conflicts.

This allows them to approach life's challenges with more serenity and confidence.

Art-therapy, enriched by complementary tools such as photo-therapy and emotional intelligence coaching, allows children to explore and express their emotions in a creative and playful way. It helps them to:

  • Express difficult emotions such as anger, fear, or sadness.
  • Relieve stress and anxiety through creative expression.
  • Boost self-esteem by discovering a positive and empowering self-image.
  • Better understand and manage their emotions.
  • Strengthen self-confidence by valuing their creativity.
  • Improve concentration and patience.

  • Have difficulty expressing their emotions.
